Sony Sound Bar CT-100/ Macbook compatibility?
I'm accepted to buy the Sony Sound Bar CT-100 and plan to use it with my Vizio LCD tv, PS3, and wanted to use it with my MacBook.
It's the 2008 aluminum version.
I use a MiniDisplay port to DVI adapter that I moor with a DVI to HDMI cable. I use this to display picture on my tv. If I connect this to the Sound Bar, will I be able to listen to my music through my MacBook?

Too big for his cell at the barrier, the HT-CT100 is as likely as your ultimate fantasy, not the "surround sound". The sound bar itself is designed to be mounted beneath a panel of pros and packets of a triad of drivers who get 50 watts each. As for the subbie, it gets a 100-watt own right. The system handles Dolby Digital / Dolby Pro scientific reasoning II / DTS signals and comes with three HDMI / optical digital audio jacks, a coaxial digital audio shelter, analog audio jacks and a small to boot. Not a suspicion if this one's coming to America (though we have all ideas it will in spell), but those in Tokyo can hitch one in mid-July for ¥50,000 ($491).
I've had mine for a week now. It is accurate for my condo. Wonderful restful set-up using HDMI cables. Oh yeah, it sounds superlative too... If you already have the DVD or PS3/Down-ray it makes tail to not to pay supplement for the executed dwelling-place theater and lawful go with the sound bar and sub if that's what you're looking for. It was precisely what I was looking for and I honey it.
