Help... Clicking cassette adapter?

How do I fill up the clicking? I've tried the FM transmitter. It's expensive and sucks!! So I returned that and got a Griffin cassette adapter, which didn't work well either. It makes this clicking robust. Then I returned that and got a Sony cassette adapter. Again with the clicking. I end up just blasting the volume to drown it out, but man it's annoying.

Any suggestions on how to stop the clicking?
I have a CD deck. I in need of to play use my MP3 player.
